Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55www ("Platform", "we") and you ("User") regarding the use of all services available at https://55www.best, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, progressive jackpot, and VIP program.

Accepting these Terms is mandatory to use any feature on the platform. Simply accessing the site, registering an account, or completing any financial transaction constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all clauses described herein.

The 55www reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You will be notified by email of any material updates. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

2User Registration & Account

To use the services of 55www, you must create a personal account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following are mandatory requirements for registration:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — the platform is strictly prohibited for minors;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide a valid email address and mobile number that can be verified;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 55www employee or any of its partner companies;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a terms violation on this or any affiliated platform.

Each user is authorized to hold a single account at 55www. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of bonuses and possible balance retention for investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account security section. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

The 55www may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents are a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport, along with a selfie of the account holder holding the document. 3Deposits

The 55www accepts the following deposit methods, all free of charge on the platform's end:

• TED Transfer — minimum of BRL 50.00, maximum of BRL 100,000.00; confirmation within 1 business day; available through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder at 55www. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the original payment method and may trigger an account review.

55www is not responsible for delays caused by failures in external banking systems or payment processing networks. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, the user must contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 55www are processed exclusively via Pix, with no fees charged by the platform. The general conditions are:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BRL 20.00;
• Processing time: up to 10 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions;
• The Pix key provided for withdrawals must be linked to the CPF registered on the 55www account;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours to process;
• The balance available for withdrawal is your real balance only — bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before it can be converted into real balance.

Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) is required. The process involves digitally submitting a photo ID and a selfie, and is completed within 24 hours. Once verified, the process does not need to be repeated.

The 55www reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for a security review without prior notice in cases where fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or a breach of terms is suspected. The user will be notified by email with the review timeframe and reasons.

Withdrawals requested using funds from a credit card deposit that were not used in bets are subject to the chargeback-to-original-card policy, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 55www offers a welcome bonus, free bets, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and themed promotions. All offers are subject to the specific conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00 is granted on the first deposit of at least R$ 20.00 and carries a 10x rollover (bonus balance + deposit) on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 or on eligible casino games;
• The deadline to complete a bonus rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited — after this period, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled;
• Free bets have no cash value — any winnings generated from a free bet, excluding the free bet amount itself, are credited as real-money balance;
• The VIP Program's weekly cashback is credited every Friday with no rollover and a 7-day usage window;
• Using bonus balance on bets with odds below 1.50, low-risk bets on correlated markets, or any bonus abuse strategy flagged by the anti-fraud system is strictly prohibited.

The 55www reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that cancellation does not affect bonuses already granted and actively undergoing rollover.

Real balance is always used before bonus balance when placing bets. The account dashboard clearly shows the split between real balance and bonus balance in real time.

6Sports Betting

Sports betting at 55www cover football — including the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major European leagues —, MMA and UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The general rules are:

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the system is final — cancellation or modification of processed bets is not possible, except in cases of a technical error verified by the platform;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not held as scheduled, all bets on that event will be refunded to the user's real balance;
• In accumulator (parlay) bets, if one of the events is cancelled, that event is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections;
• The 55www reserves the right to limit bets, decline specific bets, or adjust betting limits for individual users without providing justification, in accordance with its risk management policy;
• Live (in-play) bets may be suspended at any point during an event at the platform's discretion, particularly during high-volatility moments such as goals, red cards, and injuries;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the platform and the official competition result, the result published by the official governing body of the sport in question shall prevail.

The 55www does not accept bets from users who may have privileged access to information about event outcomes, such as players, referees, coaches, and officials directly involved in the match being wagered on.

7Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The casino at 55www offers slots from certified providers, live casino tables with real dealers, and crash games. All game modes use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories.

• The RTP (Return to Player) of each slot is set by the game provider and is available in the game information section within the platform;

• The 55www reserves the right to adjust the progression criteria, cashback amounts, and benefits for each VIP level with 30 days' prior notice by email to affected members;
• Failing to meet the minimum betting criteria for two consecutive months may result in a VIP level downgrade, with prior notice by email;

9Misuse, Fraud & Abuse

The 55www maintains active systems for detecting fraud and abusive behavior. The following practices are expressly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension and balance retention pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate welcome bonuses or any other sign-up bonus;
• Odds arbitrage across platforms using 55www bonus balance;
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts for betting or casino play;
• Any form of manipulation, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Submitting false documents during the identity verification (KYC) process;
• Sharing an account with third parties or using another person's information to create an account;
• Coordinated betting between users with the intent of securing outcomes that exploit bonus rules or risk limits.

In confirmed cases of fraud, 55www reserves the right to close the account, hold the available balance, and, where applicable, report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law 9.613/1998).

10Security & Privacy

The 55www adopts the following security measures to protect users' data and financial balance:

12Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure:

• Available real balance will be refunded via Pix to the registered CPF key within 5 business days;
• Any bonus balance not converted into real balance will be forfeited with no refund;
• Any open bets at the time of account closure will be kept open and settled normally, with amounts credited or debited to the account under closure.

The 55www may compulsorily close an account in the event of a confirmed breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false documents, or any behavior that puts the platform or other users at risk. In the event of compulsory closure due to a violation, the balance may be withheld for investigation and, if the violation is confirmed, may be fully confiscated.

13General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the 55www regarding use of the platform. No verbal or written representation outside this document is binding.

55www's tolerance for 55www with any isolated breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce full compliance in the future.

If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid by a judicial or administrative ruling, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation with our support team. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the courts of São Paulo/SP as the competent jurisdiction to settle disputes, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
